Hi guys hehe. I drafted a complaint letter for my friend. Becoz I seriously feel injustice for him hehe. Hmmm being in a department full of complain calls hehe its not a tough job for me hehe to draft it out.
My friend submitted and even called the Call Center to inform them. Guess Wat??? The so called escalation Manager called my friend and told my friend that it is a NORMAL PRACTICE!!! I jus can't believe my ears.. NORMAL PRACTICE.. Are you sure??? Juz by scanning the item AND GIVE AN EXPLANATION of "ITEM IS CASHED OUT", so you die die have to buy!! Wat kind of theory is tat????
Well hehe my friend is from the Investigation unit so he knows how to be firm.. And the Starhub side is offering reward points for my friend to offset phone bills. Yeah VERY ATTRACTIVE.. Compared to the stressful and embarrassing experience. Juz give reward points can brush this matter aside. Wait long long okie. We are from customer service okie. Dun play play.
Hehe can't wait to see wat StarHub side will be offering. Seriously wat can of retail shop haf this kind of practice.. Ultraly ridiculous. Luckily I am not at the scene. If I am at the scene, I will sure make hell lot of noise. Imagine I am thinking of it, feel my blood boiling liao. Well let see wat will be the end result hehe can't wait....
