Haizzz super duper dun feel like waking up today.. The feeling gets worse each passing day.. Now to come realize it.. Its not juz the working environment but the customers making u really sick of the job.. Well wat to do a job is a job..
Yeah was speaking to Kenneth today. He called me up yesterday bcoz he wanted to buy a hp however our dear job agency hasn't credited his salary so the transaction couldn't go through.. Guess wat!!!! The senior personnel there informed tat since the item was "cashed out" as scan thru something, customer WILL HAVE TO BUY IT if not it will be considered as STOLEN!!!!! WAT!!!! Wat kind of theory is tat????? Item is still in the store. Wat kind of word to use!!!!!! By the way to inform you, tis happened at Cuppage Starhub CENTER.. ITS NOT A DEALER OKIE.. So my friend die die haf to pay for the item. My friend suggested was it possible to make payment the next day but they did not allow..
They even roll down the shutters waiting for my friend to get someone to help him. And my friend informed possible to go office at PS to get $$ from friend. They even wanted to get a staff to follow my friend... WOW Its like so mah lu.. and so pressurizing.. Wat kind of demand is tat??? You mean its so inflexible.. Being in customer service.. Wow feel myself boiling hot siah.. I can imagine my friend's situation..
Think can train my complaining skills... Anywae see whether my friend wan to complain.. Gd nitey..
