So feel like giving up........

Yoz ppl how's ur day???? Mine tink today juz a REALLY SHITTY day. I have always tot tat I was able to handle stress quite okay.. But today everything juz proves me otherwise.. Looking @ my colleagues with all "Super Duper Xian" looks, all trying their very best to do their work and help the customers.. But their best alwayz seem to b in vain when the support does not work effectively.. In the end, we are "SCAPEGOATS" juz to b screwed...

Its juz only 3 days into the week but time seems to b like ages.. However, there seems to be insufficient time to do everything.. IRONIC right??? Time is so long yet so little?? Hehe its like "WOW Wat am I saying????" beats me, probably not thinking straight either.. Guess I sprayed Contradiction tonite.. I feel seriously helpless and troubled...

Customers always fail to understand us.. Their suggestions always seem so easy for us to achieve. I wished for it as well. We seriously want to help but there are our own restrictions. I wished We had the authority to do anything under the sun. When they dun get wat they want, we will be condemned becoz we didn't do our job or we didn't do enough. They always claim tat when we say we understand, we dun understand...

Never mind abt tat.. there we haf our back end support who never fails to push away issues we raise to them for help... If not can see wonderous display of u push me I push u game... Boy u shld juz see tis dept pushing the responsibility to tat dept or tat dept pushing responsibility to tis dept.... Besides tat, trust me the way they reply you or shoot you back is so ridiculous I dun noe whether I wan to cry or laugh.. So tiz dragging game delays everything but ends up indicating we r not doing our job again. Kana screwed by customers again.

We haf request to send for approvals.. Go thru all the trouble do up all the tabulations, table and send it up for approval... N @ e end of e day, ur request is rejected by a simple table n tat's it.. Wow so easy for them to say no.. but We wil haf a tough time to buy our way out.. Isn't it marvelous???? Wat's the point right????

Tis week seem to b "HEY LET'S COMPLAIN!!" Complains juz keep flowing in like no body's biz.. Before we could touch on our new cases or follow ups, u will juz kana something from inbound n u will spend quite some time to settle.. I juz feel so helpless so xian... there r times I juz stared blankly n for the 1st time I had tiz feeling "GIVE UP N WALK OFF" tot.. Well hope I could do tat.. Will always b praying for a better tomolo
