Hmmmm irritated.. no worries back 2 normal state le haha..

Hi guyzzz, how’s ur weekend??? Mine not too bad I guess… yesterday’s evening outin wif Joel, Ricky & KT was great haha.. we crack lots of hmmmmmmm how shld I put it.. ‘jokes’ isn’t reallie the rite word 2 use.. but wat e heck haha juz leave as tat for now haha..

Kinda of pissed 2dae by my mum haha.. like wat’s new rite.. Naggin away again.. askin me 2 cut hair lah.. do stuff.. din reallie haf a problem wif those until she asked if I bought the shirt she was ironin… then I nodded while watchin a TV show.. Guess wat she said next???

She remarked tat I shldn’t buy shirts of “Tat color” coz she din like it… Tat is it!!!! I was freakinly irritated frm within.. But I din snap back.. Figure it would be a serious waste of time & effort.. But in my mind, ran this “I was like HELLLLOOOOOOOO.. am I wearin e shirt or is she?? Wat has her dislike got to do wif me!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

I juz dun get it wif ppl these dayzzz why everything got 2 b abt themselves!!!! I mean tis is neva always abt “yourself” u noe.. if everythin is abt urself, y bother 2 haf such terms: friends, colleagues, relatives, spouses… Living in tis world means u r tryin to integrate everythin & everyone in ur life.. so it can neva juz b abt u, U & nothing but U!!!!!

Tis reminds me of e mitin I had yesterday.. Freakin pissed by it as well… Me, KK, Hui Shan & Kheng Yee planned an event but then someone shot something out tat may reconfigure everythin.. Well KK kept quiet.. I was super irritated inside.. I hate it when ppl give u problems and problems but neva any form of solution… Isn’t it weird???? If u can tink of a problem, won’t it be sensible or logical to tink of a solution… I find it fruitless seriously, I mentioned tat something wasn’t clear and going 1 big round.. my doubts have not being answered as well…

U noe wat piss me further. The fact tat the person u had arguments wif actually ignores u. Wow tat’s infuriating. Juz bcoz we’re not receptive or we’re defensive against an idea, doesn’t mean we’re going against ya or wat… tis is seriously not a neat thing to do..

I totally agree wif KK on 1 point, tis event proposal has been sent for others to look @ & he has asked for feedback or areas of improvement… Nothin was mentioned. Then comes e meetin, something different was shot in our direction.. meanin we began on the wrong note…

Seriously sometimes I dun understand wat some of these mgmt or top mgmt r doing.. Of coz they’ve their own objectives to achieve but y force down those initiatives when negative response is expected!! Y continue when differences haf not been settled!! & then waste time & effort to try & rectify or appease e situation!!!! Y neva involve ppl affected by e change!!!! Hasn’t it been taught tat human by nature dislike changes especially those wif adverse effects!!! There are certain initiatives probably tat has to b done tis way but there are juz others tat are intolerable… Been there done tat… tis is wat experience tells me.. Trust me.. implementin an initiative or a change tat ppl aren’t goin 2 carry out willingly.. I rather u dun carry it out.. Looks bad on ya for one.. Effectives as planned will neva b or can neva b achieved.. so wat’s the point!!!!!
