Monday Bluezzzz Still Got a Complain case... Ultra Duper Xianzzzzzzz Someone Kill Me Plssssss :-<

Hiya guyz, when its Monday bluezzzz its really very the xian already.. Then comes a complaint letter from customer complaining y isn't there anyone following up on her case???? Guess wat?? The person assigned to the case is ME ME ME ME ME ME!!!!!! In fact I tried to call her on the day the case was forwarded to me... and the following 2 days as well.. Left messages for her to contact me she didn't..

Partially my fault for not forwarding email to her when I am not able to get her.. But it was stated as URGENT.. so frantically trying to reach her.. The person who forwarded the case never leave any details of customer.. Understand partially my fault for not calling this person up to get but this person has been around for so long and its not the first time he is handling or refering this kind of case..

HE JOLLY WELL knows wat kind of details he need to give... Still have the cheek to say y I didn't call him to get the details.. POWER... See this is how everyone works.. TRY TO PUSH FAULT TO EVERYONE ELSE EXCEPT THEMSELVES...

Then my dear Direct Sales Personnel who forwarded the case to my side shot a letter informing my VP, AVP and his boss that customer is unhappy as no one is following up on the case.. WOW I SUPER MAD... WHAT's the MEANING OF "Never follow up".. Can't he find out before doing this kind of stupid stuff... Where did HIS BRAIN GO TO??????????? Before you accuse anyone of doing anything, pls get to the bottom of the thing then only you point the fingers....

IF YOU NEVER DO HOMEWORK, PLEASE DUN ACT SMART AND THINK YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING...

Spoil my entire day........... Forget it... Cool down.. Work till end of June and tat's it I am outta of there.. SORRY needed to vent my anger and negative feelings somewhere... I will never forget this day.. TRUST ME NEVER..
