INDIRECT PRESSURE ... really xianz

Haizzzzzzz now my colleagues are the only driving force to motivate to me at work. First time in my 22 years of my life I feel that life is so dreadful. To think that I thought ARMY was worse. Well as the chinese saying goes "Yi Shan Bi Yi Shan Kao", meaning there is always something on the more extreme out there.

I feel like we are like animals being watched always. The managers will also be walking here and there, then eyeing us to take more calls. Really irritating. You know lah some customers are really cracking your nerves and now you got these kind of "HAWKS" around to make matters worse.

Starting from today, we are going to have a de-brief session by our trainer, Jessie. Wasn't really happy when she mentioned that the management has a expectation of us. I mean yeah of course there should supposed to be some form of expectation but hellooooooo we are new lor. To think they even know we are "NEW". Then comes an even more outrageous part of expecting to answer at least 100 calls. Its like even HELLLLOOOOOOO haven't stablize our answering ability wan us to hit target liao. Besides, isn't our main purpose to kill as much calls as possible. We are not like the telesales or insurance agents that have quota to hit.

At the end of the day, it all depends on the type of call you get. Its not like as if it will be always a SUNDAY for you to get calls asking where is the nearest branch, wat time are your branch opening hours etc... I wish for that. Asking us to empathise wif customers in our answering of calls when the management level themselves don't practise the empathy part. Not very good example to put forth. Besides employees' morale plays an important part in ensuring quality service is provided to customer. Wif current level of morale, I find it very hard for us to push ourselves to higher level... or to give 100% of our best

We are trying our best already so there should like some form of encouragement like what one of my colleague, Melissa. No encouragement on top of that, wif that level of scrutinzing how is one going to work well and hard. How can such a management level exist in this kind of established organization????? Hard to believe.

Anyway managed to blurt out my unhappiness.. Felt a lot happier and hungrier. Then we proceed to Far East Square there to haf Japanese Ramen... Hmmmmm delicious. Haf a side dish of prawn Gyoza (prawn dumpling) really fresh. then we had dessert wow peach ice cream and chocolate. Very unique. Shit didn't bring my camera...

Wow wat's wif the q @ boom boom room?? Oh yeah soon to close down. Sad. Such a nice place. Last time use to hang out alot hehe. Msg tat someone hehe abt the situation hehe becoz tat someone will be going for it as well hehe. Well juz hope I will be asked along hehe. Yes finally weekend. Enjoy yourself my dears...
