Huh....... So fast throw us in the "SEA TO DIE LIAO"

Haiz.... Still tot today will be like yesterday, juz to sit in and listen to my mentor take calls. To famailiarize myself with the call center environment. Only to find out that my DEAR MANAGEMENT decided to throw all the trainees INTO THE SEA TO SWIM by ourselves. I was thinking it was really ridiculous. Even when in CitiBank, it was 1 week of listening in session, then 1 week of I take calls and my mentor beside me to guide.

Now its 2 days of listening in and we are in for A BIG TREAT. But no choice, MANAGEMENT decision wat to do. LL lor. For me and Jason still okie, becoz work before in call center and Jason with the Internet banking so answering phone calls not a problem for him. Whereas my other 2 friends dun haf this area of experience.

Luckily Tina has her Mentor, but me and Ryan its off to the sea to SWIM liao. Not too bad the calls but still got quite a few things I am not well versed in. Still need help from the Senior staff...... Aiyo still tot my end was not so bad, who knows I kana a customer who very insistent on something really small. Then haf to do follow up for him. Xian.... Spoil the rest of my day... Well juz hope tomolo will be a better one then... Haiz dun think so hehe..... Catch up wif ya later on.
